Thanksgiving has come and gone and I think that everyone can say they have a stomach full. It is now time to get prepared for the busy holiday season, whether it is helping with a favorite charity for children, sending holiday greeting cards filled with gratitude or continuing to work hard in our fast-paced office, we will definitely remain full of activity.
Travis just returned from his vacation in Daytona, Florida. He said that he found a difference in the beach than the one here. During high-tide in Daytona, there is no open beach area; however, Myrtle Beach still has a great amount of beach that still remains. Lounging and beachside strolls can occur anytime of the day!
We have steadily been working on our next newsletter. We’re hoping to collect enough informative material to help current clients or prospects gather an understanding of the market and interesting events of Myrtle Beach. We like to keep the newsletter interesting, by also adding fun facts about the area.
On December 2nd, Larry and Linda are heading up to Camp LeJune to help with Toys for Tots. This heart-felt organization dedicates time to help make less fortunate children have a merrier Christmas by delivering truckloads of toys! What an immense feeling of warmth that they get when they see the smiles on the children’s faces. They will be leaving the beach early that morning with the donation of toys from co-workers, friends and themselves for a long memorable day.

Happy Thanksgiving
The air has a bit of a chill, the scent of turkey, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie are filling the air; Thanksgiving is certainly upon us. As some travel out of town, quite a few come to the Grand Strand to celebrate the holiday. Everything has been considerably busy, even with the market moving a little slower than last year. We sent out our E-Newsletter today, and it explains the Myrtle Beach real estate market conditions for the month of November. Like always we are available to assist you in any of your real estate needs. If you have any question please feel free to contact us over the holidays. Hope every one has a safe and memorable hdoliday!
